We're a small, senior studio. We collaborate with experienced builders on real client projects, remotely and project by project. We keep our circle small and sharp, and we hire for craft, not CVs.

How we work

Our engagements are project-based and flexible — you work on real client projects on your own schedule, not a fixed 9-to-5. Do excellent work and deliver, and you'll always have a place in our network. We value ownership, clean execution and people who take pride in what they ship.

The challenge

We don't test whether you can produce code — we test how you think and decide. Pick one:

  • ABuild a small, working tool or mini app for a deliberately vague brief: “A small D2C brand takes orders on WhatsApp and needs to track them. Build something useful.” We've told you almost nothing on purpose — you decide the scope, the user, and what matters.
  • BOr share a recent project you built and are genuinely proud of.

Send us four things:

  • 1Live link — host it (Vercel, Netlify, GitHub Pages, your own hosting).
  • 2Code repo — a public GitHub/GitLab link. We read the commit history, not just the result.
  • 3A 2–3 min walkthrough video (Loom or similar) — you, on camera, walking your own code and explaining why you made each call. Unscripted is fine; we care about your reasoning.
  • 4A short note — what you assumed, what you deliberately left out, what you'd do next, and where you used AI.

Using AI is encouraged. We build with it every day and we want people who deliver better and faster with it. What we're judging is your judgement, product thinking and taste — the things a tool can't do for you.
